Hi Everyone! Welcome to the Positive Mental Health Chat Group

🌿 Welcome to the Positive Mental Health Chat 🌿

Hello and a very warm welcome! This space is here to support open, kind-hearted conversation about mental health and wellbeing. We believe that talking, listening, and sharing can make a real difference...and that everyone deserves to feel heard and respected.

💬 Our Purpose

To offer a positive, non-judgemental environment where members can share experiences, encourage one another, and learn healthy ways to look after our minds.

🌈 Ground Rules

To keep our chat safe and supportive for everyone:

  1. Be kind and respectful – Treat others with empathy and understanding, even when views differ.

  2. Listen without judgement – Sometimes, people just need to be heard.

  3. Keep it confidential – What’s shared here stays here.

  4. No medical advice – Please don’t offer diagnoses or medication advice. Always encourage professional help where needed.

  5. Use supportive language – Focus on encouragement, hope, and constructive discussion.

  6. Take care of yourself – If any topic feels overwhelming, step away and reach out for support.

  7. Report concerns – If you see anything worrying or unkind, please flag it to me (Purple Jen) by emailing purplejen@wynneevansshow.com 🫂🧠SOURCES OF MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT🧠🫂
